Studies show that procedural justice is a stronger driver of reactions than distributive justice. Interpersonal- perceived fairness of treatment received by employees from authorities: respect rule-whether employees are treated in a dignified and sincere manner, propriety rule- whether authorities refrain from making improper or offensive remarks. Interpersonal injustice: lead to abusive supervision (15% of employees are victims, counterproductive behaviours, life satisfaction and burnout. Informational- reflects perceived fairness of communications provided to employees from authorities.
