With multiple perspectives and multiple constituencies, the focus is on the organizations prime beneficiary. To keep the prime beneficiary in perspective is to keep the ultimate purpose of the organization in perspective. Although sport managers must satisfy the need and preference of primary stakeholders to make the organization more effective. They should base their judgment if organizational effectiveness on how well the prime beneficiary are served. In choosing effectiveness criteria for their organization, managers should focus on closeness to the final payoff. That is, criteria that are more closely related to the goal should be selected over those that are more remote. Provide info to administrators for more informed decision making. Clarify the program and its logic for users, service providers, and administrators. Offer advance information for any proposed new program. Know practices and how to break down a scenario, be aware of laws and policies. Be able to connect the models to the other strategies.
