Self-care: these issues are difficult, but important to learn about, this isn"t about making anyone feel guilty or bad". If you feel triggered or really upset, feel free to take a breather outside. It"s about acquiring knowledge and insights into a sensitive set of issues that continue to impact millions of citizens in our country. It"s also about putting new seeds out there" for you: to change a conversation, to add to a discussion, to disrupt stereotypes and racist comments, racism isn"t just something that plagues the united states, but also canadians.
