The losses are occurring all over in the south pacific and in the north. Atlantic and the arctic and the sahel in lakes and on islands on mountaintops and in valleys. Humans actions are moving so many species around the world and we are reverse engineering the planet bringing in effect bringing all the continents back together. Thus, all of these things have on the unfortunate side effect of causing extinction. Ocean acidification and global warming is equally evil twin, because we are terrestrial organisms.
