Last class we were discussing marx and his critique of capitalism as an economic, social and political ideology that is inherently destructive. The base of a society is important because it is where the money is concentrated. Marx believes the natural course of society will float from capitalism to socialism and inevitably to communism (end of history) There are certain jobs that are necessary to sustaining society that people. Nobody will work harder if they"re not forced to don"t want to undertake (cid:523)janitors(cid:524) )f people had a choice, they wouldn"t pick those jobs. People can do any job so long as they"re appreciated. Appreciation is the mode of exchange, not money will do what they love to do. Marx said if you take away money as an incentive to do a job, then everyone. For example: the poorest americans continuously vote for republicans, It is when you believe that your status/situation in life is your fault.
