Reproductive justice: requires the protection of women"s human rights to achieve the physical, mental, spiritual, political, economic and social well-being of women and girls (p. 53: goes far beyond the demand to eliminate racial disparities in reproductive health services, and beyond the right-to-privacy-based claims to legal abortion made by the pro-choice movement and dictated and limited by the us supreme.
