10 views2 pages

Document Summary

Two main components to biagi"s theory: sender and receiver. How are messages transmitted using biagi"s theory: channel. Noise: technical/static interference that stops message from getting through. Responses of passive: not complex, they either like it or not. The foundation for communication is always for nancial reasons, capitalism. Noise: noise can be many different things other than just technical issues, it can be competition, etc. The feedback doesn"t always have to be yes or no, receivers can have many complicated responses. The arrows in biagi"s theory only goes one way, but a real life model should have arrows pointing everywhere > biagi leaves out all the complexity. Theres a lot more different types of communication ways. Add the neutral response in addition to positive and negative. Incorporate social media: change the diagram, a source sends the message to platform (social media) and many different receivers get the messages.
