European criminal justice and the issue of diversity within tradition. Not cumulative; starts at the mini-lecture after our last test. Think about main topics, processes, concepts; same format as first test. Include couple sentences in introduction in methodology; interesting, pitfalls of comparisons, and how you have tried to avoid that. You can formally identify it as methodology; or just put it in the introduction. Explains why you made the choices that you made and what the strengths and weaknesses of those choices might be. What kinds of factors; what are you leaving out and putting in. Explain what i did to minimize the pitfalls. For instance, if you are talking about culture in my comparison, then acknowledge some of the limitations that culture has for its influence on criminal justice systems. Identify some potential limitations and explain how you have tried to avoid them.
