Adapt to their circumstances, and learn from their experiences. The idea of intelligence is different in a jungle setting compared to a classroom setting. Labelling(stereotyping): creates a pre-judgement about someone or heuristic beliefs. Cognitively demanding you need to be at your best to perform well. Motivation if you are intelligent but do not have the motivation to do anything than you will not accomplish anything. Intelligence is not static: if you are motivated to work better it is malleable.
