Impact on people with disabilities: disability disproportionately affects vulnerable pops. Lower income countries have higher prevalence of disability than higher income countries. Disability more common among women, older ppl & children and adults who are poor: ppl w disabilities more likely to be unemployed than non disabled ppl.
