We"ll go into the key ingredients of coffee and tea. We"ll explain what catechins are doing to our bodies and what the target points are in the mammalian physiology of those compounds and what the body"s response is. We ended last time with the concept that everything can be toxic in the universe as long as the dose of that chemical is high enough. Can"t have a value for the human population because u can"t measure that ethically. So we have experiments on hamsters, monkeys things similar to us. Even water can be poisonous if drank in too much amount. But very very small doses of botulinum can kill mammals, so botulinum is much worse and much more toxic than water.
