Ex. concept of emotional intelligence - think of dimensions and scope (could be many) and then come up with variables which are indicators. Some concepts can have single dimension - ex. Can also have different dimensions actually because mental age can be different from physical age due to things like autism. Dimensions and indicators - should be exhaustive variables. Iq test - dimension is logical reasoning. Indicators and dimensions are not mutually exclusive. Dimensions = physical beauty, spiritual beauty (outer and inner beauty)
