This is the way they gain information. The dangling appendage is a developmental process that gives rise to a penis being an elongated organ than just hole (clitoris). One is form blood and the other from faces. Higher levels in feaces than blood but there are some trends. Over evolutionary time, bene ts have to outweigh the cost in order for natural selection to occur. Adaptive value doesn"t need to be adaptive in every single situation.
