Bears that can travel between greenland and the other place. There are animals = there must be plants, base of food chain. In arctic, most animals are marine = eat algae and plankton. Usually people assume it"s just a line and arctic is there after. Vegetation tends to follow mean annual temperature, forest regions in canada. Exists in arctic, but very small, looks different. More like a shrub, hugs the ground, not very woody, but actually is woody. Only gets at most a couple cm tall. Because of the wat earth is spinning, it pushes the cold from arctic into the loft left of the pointing islands in canada. Not enough time to gather energy, grow, reproduce. Survives, so it cannot be just the cold. Very direct correlation for species and july mean temperature. Europe is much warmer because of the warm waters being pushed up. Lengthens growing season allowing for continuous boreal forest.
