Central dogma of biology: dna replication, rna transcription, protein translation. Catalytic property that carries out a function. Proteins first: amino acids go together, allow themselves to self-replicate. Interact with each other: when they form, matrix bring elements together, may be the way we get to long chains, nucleotides are close enough together to bind into proteins.
