Science of society (must discover the natural laws) If they were to describe our culture they would call it modernity (2000 years agoo) The act of systematically observing, testing, experimenting, and/or gathering data for understanding phenomena, testing theories, or creating theories. A theory will not always be correct. The king was god and if anyone questioned them, they would be going against god cause the king was the closest person to god. A lot of early scientists were punished because they were going against the church and against the king and against god. There is data, then conclusions are drawn from the data. Even if all the premises are true in a statement, inductive reasoning allows for the conclusion to be false. Deductive reasoning starts out with a general statement, or hypothesis, and examines the possibilities to reach a specific, logical conclusion.
