Gender stratification: the unequal distribution of resources based on sex differences, caregiver jobs have more women, caregivers earn less wages. Sex typing: every society associates certain activities with one sex or another, can even be different in different cultures/areas, bc pursuits can be considered feminism in one society and masculine in another. Prestige: universally greater prestige is given to male activities regardless of what those activities are.
