When you have that long teeth than you need support in the jaw line. Run your finger over your gum line. If you map out your own gum line you will find where you have your canine teeth you have very pronounced ridges despite the fact that we don"t have as pronounced canine teeth as the baboon. Indicates that somewhere in our ancestry we had very distinct canine teeth. Lack of it shows that disadvantage of having these pronounced canine teeth better able to mate and pass on their gene when the canine teeth were not as pronounced. Distinct ridge where canines used to be. Other primates return to trees at night to sleep. Mainfloor bed rooms and basement bedroom as less appealing. Many previously terrestrial mammals have gone back to the water. All but 1 return to the land to reproduce. Cetaceans & humans have disproportionately large brains. We"ll return to this issue throughout the term.
