Http (hypertext transfer protocol) the foundational communication language/protocol of the www hyperlink reference to data that directs to a whole document or specific element within a document. Where as an unpublished paged is only visible to those that are managing it relative path tag words enclosed in angled brackets to indicate to the browser of the nature of info and how to display it. Tcp/ip (transmission control protocol/internet protocol) is the standard communication language/protocol of the internet.
