anxiety of men and women in stressful events
o Men are more physiologically reacive that
females Helping behaviour
Men engage in more helping behaviour than women,
especially if they know they are being watched
o If there are no diferences, this disappears
Leadership
There is no gender diference in leadership efeciveness
Women and men tend to have diferent styles of leadership
o Women tend to shape the power whereas men
tend to be more autocraic
