Radical feminism: most people associate with this one, radical or extreme in its views, includes negative views of males, current system, women should stop having sex for 20 years to rebalance the system. Liberal feminism: looks at having more equality, gender equality, and opportunity. Women should be educated, any job they are capable of doing, behave the same as men in job, most do subscribe to the equality. Social/marxist feminism: sees capitalism as problematic causing division between genders, but there was inequality before capitalism. Not committing same type of crime as men. Power control theory: class and family structure, socialization in working and middle class help explain female criminality, traditional: Father is the bread winner, mother stays at home. Daughters are controlled a lot more, not socialized to take risks, to go into work, they are socialized to become mothers: egalitarian: Socialize to be in more male dominated fields, more likely to be criminal and delinquent.
