Goal: understand interest groups and wide scope of expression. Goal: explore how rights affect democracy and elections. Goal: importance of courts in achieving social change. Unit 9: life, liberty, and security of the person (1: v. morgentaler (1988, abortion) Draw connection between these two seemingly unrelated cases.
