This has a positive effect on cognitive development, behavior and academic performance. Normal eating doesn"t ha(cid:448)e a single definition, it in(cid:272)ludes a (cid:449)ide range of eating behaviors. A good rule of thumb for normal eating is going to the table hungry and then eating until you are satisfied.
