Lnapl: light not aqueous petroleum liquid (gas and diesel) Since soils have charges on the outer layer it will act as a chromatography column. The dnapl and lnapl"s will separate out depending on charges and will attract certain materials and will separate everything out depending on the charges. Leakage can go undetected for years and years.
