Alberta has people moving from other parts of canada for jobs, and people coming from out of canada to alberta. Political culture: the sum total of all politically relevant values, beliefs, attitudes and identities in a society. Values that are widely shared, but not universal. Minority opinions can result in unhealthy politics. Began with european and french coming and interacting with first nations people of. First nations peoples helped shaped the way that early settlers would interact with canada. European settlers themselves were a diverse group. 1700s colonies divided up by french, britain, and spain. The american colonies had their own revolution 13 british colonies seperated and made usa. The remainder slowly joined the usa or became canada. People to become canadian were largely loyalists and went to maritime provinces and ontario known as united empire loyalists. Type of conservatism order, hierarchy, caring for those with less developed into tory ideology in canada.
