Detained, without charge, indeinitely: used post 9/11, challenge balancing individual rights with those of society] Fitness to stand trial: mental state at ime of trial. Don"t understand nature of charges against them. Finding about ability to understand charges: undergoes psychiatric treatment unil deemed it to stand trial.
