Much less commonly diagnosed in young o enders sexual sadism: deviant, non-normative not o ending if they have gotten consent. Frotteurism: almost always an o ense, because of the enjoyment of not getting consent from the other person. Hebephilia: the preference for children at the beginning of stages of pubescence. Basically the beginning of puberty, the rst signs of secondary sex characteristics. Mandatory reporting laws when they think a child is endangered. Therefore you cannot go out and interview people about pedophilia. > very di cult to treat individuals with pedophilia, because they are immediately prosecuted after opening up. In germany this is not the case, therefore pedophiles can seek help. Dunkefeld project tries to help people from protecting them to go out and sexually o end children. The project is not about protecting pedophilia, but if a pedophile wants to resist this type of behaviour we should go out and help them.
