When i try and think back on the training courses that i"ve attended the one that comes to mind first is my customer service rep (front line training) at td bank. This one was most memorable to me since i had already completed the orientation and had been working in the job for a few week before attending this training course, this course definitely included all nine of. After doing this she asked everyone to get into groups of 3 and practise role playing, there was a customer, an evaluator and an employee. Each of these people go a chance to practise being in each role. This also provided feedback to an employee so that they know what they missed and what they soul work on next time. Unfortunately the day was long and full of lots of information to grasp the notepad acted as self-efficient way for me to retain information.
