We use sociological concepts, theories and research methods to explore and interpret sport. Culture consists of the ways of life people create as they participate in a group or society (coakley and donnelly, 2009 p. 2) Our society is reflected on sports (institutionalized) Culture: created, changed and struggled over about how we make sense of ourselves. Culture socially invented ways of thinking, feeling and acting . A: higher level of competitiveness, men are valued more in sports than women, exposes confidence. Thinking, feeling and behaviour are also of interest to sport psychologists. But sociologists are interested not the individual, internal or unique, but they"re interest is the contribution of social conditions and cultural contexts.
