New roles: activist, change steward, talent manager/organizational designer, operational executor and business ally. Credible activist- being respected, and takes a position, challenges assumptions. Culture and change steward- ability to appreciate, help shape and articulate an organizations corporate culture, including understanding both internal and external stakeholders.
