When we repeat behaviour in a certain way it become routine, regularized, widely adopted. (berger and luckmann) Concepts: helps us understand complex social phenomena. Skills: complex and critical thinking skills, research skills, theorizing skills. Topics: allow us to focus on different social interactions, social issues, etc, Reality: depends on the lens through which you look!
