Thought once plo left it would be the end of the organization: plo: only hope was the wb and gaza. Should establish a stronghold in these areas: the outcome of the talks between israel, egypt , the us and palestinian. Representatives from within the west bank and gaza was supposed to recognize the legitimate rights of the palestinian people. The representative of the palestinians should come from the occupied territories if there were talks about the autonomy of the west bank. The second agreement of camp david had to do with the fate of the palestinians in the west bank.
