In response to this, the article suggests 12 questions that decision makers should ask themselves before making big decisions. By giving out recommended questions decision makers can ask to avoid bias, the article successfully identifies the problem, and gives potential solutions to the problem as well. When making important decisions, it"s essential to be as objective as possible in order to make the best decision for your company. Biases can influence and persuade people into making decisions that, from an objective perspective, aren"t in the best interest of the company. Eliminating biases in the workplace can have tremendous benefits for any organization.
