How would i describe someone who showed this pattern of intercorrelations. Factor analysis is not just used for the purpose of imagining factors or trait dimensions as long as you have intercorrelated measures you can ask these questions. What you reveal or suggest, will depend on the data you gave in the first place. Different measures, different personality tests, you end up with different factors.
