Disposiion: a broad, pervasive, encompassing way of relaing to paricular types of people/situaions. Trait: a relaively stable characterisics or quality that may represent a porion of one"s personality. Physiological core: the most basic and deepest aitudes, values, interests, moives and self-worth of a person the real" person, overall behavior. Role-related behavior: when you encounter something similar you get into habit. Typical response: the way one typically adjusts or responds to the environment (easy-going, shy, asserive) Role-related behavior: how one acts in a paricular social situaion. Workplace, party, sport compeiion: what"s the most appropriate response for each situaion even if it conlicts with how they normally act. Core is diicult to change/ role related acions and percepions are easier to change. Learn diferent ways to adjust roles, adopt some behaviours. People may take on behavior that varies across role/contexts. Type approach: categories such as type a (compeiive, risk taker), type b (relaxed), etc.
