Only posiive feedback can build conidence: negaive can also be efecive. Methods of insilling self-eicacy: performance successes, live/self modelling, mgm imagery, encouragement, self-talk, relaxaion, energizaion, emoion regulaion. Source of self-eicacy: mastery experiences, vicarious experiences, imaged experience, verbal persuasion, physiological arousal, emoional states. The informaion provided by these determinants is only relevant inasmuch as it is atended to and subsequently processed by the individual.
