Self care job for your clients of you don"t take care of yourself. Not only an individual responsibility, you wont be doing a good. You are not giving them your best if you are burnt out. Core social work values: service, social justice - social change on vulnerable and needed communities. Defined as:- looking at ones quality of life. Lack of opportunities- less life expectancy. - financial, emotional psychological stressors. Government- income up to a certain amount.
