All the receptors of both t-cells and b-cells are made randomly to become specific for everything imaginable in our world. We"ve seen how b-cells and humoral immunity for high virulence extracellular bacteria. Now we"ll see the killing arm of the y where the killers are cells and not antibodies molecules. Pro b cell = no surface immunoglobulin receptor. The mature b cell that has the receptor where everything takes place. The b cell is multiplied and mature by some extension with the action of the th2 helper cell. The th2 helper cell liberates il 4, 5, and 6 to do the job on the b cell that become a plasma cell.
