However, in this specific one, he had a theme that a well constructed union would break out and control the violence of faction, as he calls it, a dangerous vice in popular governments. At the time, there were two ways of removing the causes of fractions or the political parties. First was to destroy the liberty essential to their existence. This remedy specifically would be worse than the disease. On the other hand, the second was to give everyone the same options, passions, and interests. At the time, this was impossible to happen.
