Catatonia associated w/ another mental disorder, or another medical condition, or unspecified catatonia. Other specified, or unspecified, schizophrenia spectrum & other psychotic disorders. Negative symptoms appear to reflect diminution or loss of normal functions. Delusions: erroneous beliefs that usually involve misrepresentation of perceptions or experience, & resistant to change even in face of conflicting evidence. Hallucinations: perception-like experiences occurring w/o external stimulus.
