Increases team productivity and cohesion: provide better costumer service, figuring out what it takes to hel out the costumer or client, benefits of proactivity for individuals. Increase in: energy levels, immune system, self-regulation, focus, decision-making, benefits of mindfulness at work, better job performance. Better decision-making: less reactive, less emotional exhaustion, greater empathy, more support, how mindfulness might work, reduces rumination, increases positive mood, increases self-regulation. Issues with mindfulness programs: watered down programs, need to be short because they cannot send people aware for long periods of training, poor training and implementation . Inexperiences people poorly implememtn the program and deliver less effective instruction.
