Social facilitation you just being around people will make you work harder. Social loafing if you think others are going to take charge of the situation you don"t do anything. You assume someone else is going to do the work: opposite of facilitation. Understanding what a social network is important. If facebooks goes down there"s no longer a way to communicate however, if you have a friend"s number it doesn"t matter if facebook goes down because there is still a way to communicate different pathways.
