The longer the nt is present, the more it can do the job and hit more receptors. Serotonin interacts with crh - >gaba , glutamate. It wants to hit the post synaptic neuron: trying to make certain balances and maximize certain responses. Synergy=> two things added together have a larger affect then what they are added up to be (?) important! ** for final , elements that are causing a disease: just because a certain drug helps a certain system doesn"t mean the system caused the illness.
