Tropical depression wind velocity 37 to 63 km/hr. Tropical storms classical hurricane structure but no eye. Rain bands dense clusters of thunderstorms spiralling slowly counter clockwise. Eye similar to a chimney, area of lowest pressure, surface winds converge.
