In case you"re unsure the centrifugal force is an outward force. Balance of forces cause surface winds to spiral inward counter-clockwise. Means of exporting heat from tropics to mid-latitudes. Significant coriolis effect to sustain rotating surface winds. Organized wind circulation initiated: vertically: strong winds life the warm and moist air upwards in the central core, laterally: counter-clockwise surface winds, depressions are numbered.
