Teaming: a verb, being in non-static groups with time to practice interacting successfully and efficiently. Able to disband in a minute with a more dynamic approach to developing performance. Work can be done better with more than one person. Self-managed teams: planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating own work. Virtual teams: temporary systems (work on several tasks) Multicultural/national teams: different ethnic members working towards a common goal.
