Workers dislike work and try to avoid it. The capacity for imagination, creativity, and ingenuity is widely distributed in the population. The intellectual capacity of the average worker is underutilized. Creating jobs with meaningful content and creative work. Centres on relationship between effort, individual performance, and individual need. Centres on the perception of fairness and how it directly impacts workers motivation. Core to effective management, best plans keep organization on track but flexible.
