Without getting too tired, and with energy left over to handle physical or mental emergencies. Deaths related to stoke and osteoporosis. All would be prevented if pa guidelines were followed. 1/5 deaths related to colon cancer, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes. 1/7 deaths related to breast cancer: reduce stress, improves mood, decreases risk of depression, decreases anxiety. Breasts: decreases rick of breast cancer. Heart: decreases risk of heart disease, strengthens the heart. Increase volume of blood pumped to the body. Liver and pancreas: reduces risk of type two diabetes. Doing any pa is better than none. Be active on most, preferably all days.
