It is a moisture of your motives, values and how you see your own personal competence. The more life and work experience, the stronger the sense of who we are and the stronger the anchor. Can i have more than 1 anchor: yes, especially early in our careers, when we value a great many things, the older we get, the more likely it is that there will be just one anchor. Are some anchors more desirable than others: some cultures (e. g. , the us) glorify the managerial, entrepreneurial, and pure challenge anchors. In australia, it"s the opposite because inappropriate to appear too self-centered here.
