Module 1 discussion 2: maria should have gone to her principal and supervisor to discuss what she thought what the best possible early childhood care education for the children was in a very respectful and collaborative manner. They could have gotten all the faculty involved in ways to improve their facility and make sure that their children were getting the best possible education as the naeyc ideals and principles state. She should do research about what is effective and ineffective and have some kind of presentation prepared before the meeting. Not only will this help the children there now, but it will also help all the future children in her particular early childhood program. If every teacher did what they thought was best, there would be a lot of chaos in early childhood programs. There would also be a lot of animosity and negativity among faculty that would feed off into the children.
